This policy explains what information Housing Club USA ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and investment workspace, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, company, and role.
• Sign in data: if you choose Google sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Workspace content: properties, underwriting inputs, contacts, tasks, reports, and documents you upload.
• Technical data: basic device, browser, and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To provide the workspace, run the calculations you request, and store your files.
• To send account emails such as confirmations and password resets.
• To keep the service secure, diagnose errors, and improve features.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your deal data for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf (for example, our cloud database, file storage, and authentication providers), under agreements that limit their use of it. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

Workspace data is protected by access controls that limit each record to its owner, and uploaded files are stored in private storage. We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Your choices

You can update your profile in Settings, delete properties and documents in the app, or request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@housingclubusa.com. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA through the same address.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third party advertising cookies.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
