These terms govern your use of Housing Club USA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Informational tool, not advice

Analytics, Opportunity Scores, projections, reports, and AI output are informational tools based on the data and assumptions you provide. They are not investment, financial, tax, legal, or appraisal advice, and they are not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any property or security. Housing Club USA is not a broker, lender, or investment adviser. Verify all figures independently and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data and documents you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including any confidential materials received under an NDA.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or misleading use of the service.
• No attempts to access other users' data or disrupt the platform.
• No automated scraping or resale of the service without written permission.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, when offered, renew until cancelled. Plan limits (such as the number of saved properties on the Free plan) are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housing Club USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for investment losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
